Highlights: Two-time MLL Defensive Player of the Year (2004, 2005)...Two-time All-MLL selection (2004, 2005)...MLL All-Star (2005)...2005: Nick brought home a lot of hardware in 2005 as he was named the MLL Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight season. He was also named to the All-MLL team for a second consecutive season while earning his first All-Star appearance. He anchored a Lizard defense that gave up 180 goals in 12 games, which ranked third in the league. He was named MLL Defensive Player of the Week in Week 12 after he held Mark Millon to no goals for the first time since August 8, 2002, a streak of 34 straight games. He finished the season second on the team with 47 ground balls...2004: MLL Defensive Player of the Year and All-MLL selection. Anchored the Barrage defense en route to the MLL Championship...2002: Drafted in the first round (4th overall) by the Bridgeport Barrage in the 2002 MLL Collegiate Draft.

NLL
Highlights: Nicky played one season in the NLL...He played for the New York Saints (2003)...He scored one goal, four assists (five points) and scooped up 91 loose balls.

At Hofstra: Earned All-America honors each of his two years at Hofstra, including first team honors as a senior in 2002...As a junior he was a second team All-America East pick and an honorable mention All-American, helping Hofstra reach the NCAA quarterfinals...Nicky's senior year he was one of the most dominant defenders in college lacrosse earning first-team All-America honors, Colonial Athletic Association Player and Defensive Player of the Year honors.

At Nassau Community College: Nicky helped Nassau Community College to win consecutive National Junior College Athletic Association championships in his two years...He was a two-time All-American and the junior college player of the year both seasons.
