US Men's U-19 National Team History |

The International Lacrosse Federation (ILF) sanctioned the first ever Under-19 World Championship in 1988, with Australia serving as the host country and the United States defeating Canada in the final game to win that first ILF U-19 World Championship. Since then the United States has won five more world championships, including its sixth straight in Canada in 2008. The United States has won two championships on its own soil. Canada has been runner-up four times.
