BALTIMORE – US Lacrosse will hold a U.S. Men’s National Team Clinic on Saturday, March 3 at Baltimore’s M&T Bank Stadium. The clinic is for boys, ages 10-18, and will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with check in beginning at 7:30 a.m., prior to the Inside Lacrosse Face-Off Classic, which features Johns Hopkins University, Princeton University, Syracuse University and the University of Virginia.

Among the clinicians from the U.S. team will be Kyle Harrison and Matt Striebel. Harrison was the 2005 Tewaaraton Trophy winner for Johns Hopkins' national championship team and plays professionally with the New Jersey Pride in Major League Lacrosse.  Striebel, a member of Princeton’s 2001 NCAA championship team, has helped the Philadelphia Barrage win two of the last three MLL championships.

The cost of the clinic for US Lacrosse members is $55 and includes a ticket to the doubleheader. Additional game tickets for parents of clinic participants are available for $15 each, as are parking passes for $15. Participants will receive a t-shirt, stickers, poster, autograph session with the U.S. team members, and give away items from STX and US Lacrosse.

The clinic is now sold out and registration has now closed, but the required insurance waivers may still be submitted to US Lacrosse through Feb. 28. Participants should bring their helmet, mouthguard, gloves, shoulder pads and stick. Balls and bags are prohibited to bring into the stadium.

The doubleheader begins at 12 noon with Johns Hopkins playing Princeton. At 2:30 p.m., defending national champion Virginia meets up with Syracuse. The four schools have combined to win the last 15 NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse championships.
