BALTIMORE – SportsEvents magazine named 25 of the most influential leaders in the sports industry in the publication’s July 2008 issue. Steve Stenersen, President & CEO of US Lacrosse, made the list for his efforts in growing the organization’s membership to 260,000 members in 60 regional chapters – making lacrosse the fastest growing sport in the country.
"Having successful sports events and providing access to sports programs are possible thanks to the efforts of the many individuals who have dedicated their careers to the sports they love," said Michelle Martin, managing editor of SportsEvents magazine.
