NCYS $5,000 STRIVE Award
Sports Teach Respect, Initiative, Values and Excellence
The National Council of Youth Sports welcomes nominations of youth sports organizations for its 2015 Sports Teach Respect, Initiative, Values and Excellence (STRIVE) Award, presented by AIG. The winning organization will receive a $5,000 grant and recognition on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., during National Youth Sports Week in July. Criteria for selection include demonstrating a heartfelt passion, commitment and contagious spirit for helping succeed in youth sports activities while maintaining a commitment to established safety procedures. Application involves a one-page online form and one-page testimonial. Deadline to apply is April 20.
