Boys' Head CoachEnglewoodCO St. Mary's Academy is seeking middle school coaches for 7/8 girls and 6th grade boys lacrosse teams. Candidates for the 6th grade boys will need to be available for daily practices from 12:50 - 1:40. The 7/8 girls will practice from 2:30 - 3:30 each day. Games typically start at 4:00pm. Salary for these positions is based upon qualifications. The season starts February 29 and will end by May 24. Girls' Head CoachSan DiegoCA Point Loma High School needs a head coach to lead the varsity girls' lacrosse program, now in its 6th year. The program has great potential fielding over 20 players the last three years. The team has a strong core of senior leaders and developing players. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching lacrosse with a particular emphasis on the development of the fundamentals of lacrosse, teamwork, and individual character. Job description: leading the national team program for the 2017 FIL Women's World Cup [organizing practices, setting the team and its staff, organizing the fundrising etc.], running coaching sessions for local club coaches. There wd also be possible further club coaching, both in senior and youth program. The job is not full time. Salary: the CWL offers a flat to stay in free of charge during the whole term. Boys' Assistant CoachCantonMI The Canton Chiefs boys' team seeks high caliber coaches for the JV team. Canton is a part of the Kensington Lakes Activities Association (KLAA), one of the leading lacrosse conferences in the state of Michigan. Qualified candidates must have previous playing or coaching experience and also possess the passion to work with high school players. Duties include: help plan and manage the team's day-to-day operations; create a culture for team strategy and philosophies; implement skills and drills to reinforce proper techniques; work with the other coaches; serve as a positive role model; develop and lead off-season conditioning and training. A well-established and competitive program, we have two teams at every youth level (1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, and 7th/8th grades) and a high school program with a varsity team. Boys' Assistant CoachBrookfield CT The Brookfield Lacrosse club is looking for assistant coaches on the 6th-7th grade boys team. Seeking coaches that have played at the college level. Coaches will assist the head coach by developing practice plans, running drills, offensive plays, providing positive feedback to the players and managing game strategy. Interested candidates will need to complete the Conny’s Rules Test, a background check and complete CPA/AED training. Expenses will be covered by the club. Schedule consists of two practices and 2-3 games per week. Pay determined by experience.
