Tim McCormack, the head women's lacrosse coach at Johns Hopkins University, is an assistant coach for the 2024 U.S. Women's U20 National Team.

McCormack completed his first season at Johns Hopkins in 2023 and led the Blue Jays into the NCAA tournament. He came to Johns Hopkins from Arizona State where he was a two-time Pac-12 Coach of the Year and led the Sun Devils to a 26-17 record in three seasons. Prior to that role, he was an assistant to U.S. U20 head coach Kelly Amonte Hiller at Northwestern for six years, helping the Wildcats to six straight NCAA tournaments and a 2019 Big Ten championship.

As a player, McCormack was a three-year starter and two-year captain as a goalie at the University of Massachusetts. During his senior year in 2012, the Minutemen went 15-1 and rose to No. 1 in the country for the first time in program history.
