These policies extend coverage to teams and leagues in which 100% of the participants are members of US Lacrosse. Concussion Management Program ImPACT's Concussion Management Program is available to all levels of lacrosse players and teams through the US Lacrosse web site. This user-friendly, computerized program can be administered by a coach, athletic trainer or physician with minimal training. • Online ImPACT testing NCSI Background Check Recommendation US Lacrosse strongly recommends that youth lacrosse programs establish a criminal history background check program for all coaches and volunteers who interact with youth players. NCSI (www.ncsisafe.com) has received the endorsement of the National Council of Youth Sports and provides services to the United States Olympic Committee as well as to the national governing bodies of many other sports.
