Current Team: New Jersey Pride
Drafted: Long Island (2001)
Highlights: Was traded from the Denver Outlaws to New Jersey in the off-season after being drafted by Denver in the 2nd Round (6th overall) of the 2006 MLL Expansion Draft...Three-time MLL All-Star (2001-03)...A.J. played five seasons with the Long Island Lizards (2001-2005), scoring 106 regular season goals in his MLL career and adding an additional 14 in playoff games...He helped lead Long Island to MLL championships in 2001 and 2003...2005: Finished with 17 goals and six assists while starting in 10 of 11 games...2004: Enjoyed his highest scoring season, registering 22 goals (including three 2-pointers) and adding 12 assists for 37 points...2003: Scored a career-best 25 goals while finishing with 33 total points...2002: Scored 22 goals and added 14 assists while earning all-star honors for the second time...2001: Tallied 19 goals and four assists while helping the Lizards win the inaugural MLL championship and earning all-star honors...2000 MLL Showcase participant.

NLL
Highlights: A.J. played two seasons for the New York Saints (2001-02)...He finished his NLL career with 12 points (6g, 6a) in 18 games with the Saints.

At Johns Hopkins: One of three midfielder in Johns Hopkins history to earn first-team All-America honors three times (Del Dressel and Rick Kowalchuk were the others)...Helped Johns Hopkins to the NCAA quarterfinals in 1997 and 1998 and the semifinals in 1999 and 2000...Scored five goals in the 2000 NCAA semifinals against eventual champion Syracuse to earn NCAA All-Tournament honors.
