The Men's Under-19 International Lacrosse Federation World Championship will be held July 3-12, 2008 in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The 23-player U.S. squad was selected following four days of tryouts in July, 2007.

The U.S. team enters this summer's tournament as the five-time defending ILF Under-19 champion with a 29-0 all-time record in U-19 international play.
