The 2006 US Lacrosse Women's Division Intercollegiate Associates All-American teams were announced on Wednesday, May 10 in Plano, Texas—site of the 2006 IA National Championships. The WDIA revealed the teams and player of the year recipients as part of its annual social at the IA National Championship.

Colorado State University was the big winner of the night as the Rams placed four players on the All-American First Team and those four players took home Player of the Year honors at their respective positions, including senior Jen Gunlikson who was named WDIA Player of the Year. The WDIA All-American First Team is loaded with eight seniors followed by three juniors and two sophomores.
