The Women's Game Information and Vision Committee

PASS THE PASSION – that says it all.

The US Lacrosse Women’s Game Information and Vision Committee was established by the Women’s Division Board of Governor’s in 2007 in an effort to more effectively promote and educate the public about the women’s game throughout its growth and evolution.

At the core of this committee are guidelines of honoring the origins of the game, exemplifying its values of integrity, trust, and competition, establishing a relationship with the future ambassadors of the game and highlighting the value of all those who play, coach, officiate, or support the sport of women’s lacrosse.

The women’s game is unique to itself. It is not and has never been anything like its men’s game counterpart. It is through honoring the game and its history that we maintain this unique identification.

If you are interested in getting more information about the history of the women’s game or just want to share your reflections on the game, please contact: womensdivision@uslacrosse.org.

Members of the GIV committee:
Susan Ford, Chair
Denise Wescott, Val Walchek, Bonnie Rosen, Feffie Barnhill, Beth Stone, Ann Carpenetti, Claudia O’Grady and Chip Rogers
