Women's Division

Women's Division Councils US Lacrosse
• Athletes Council

• Coaches Council
• Intercollegiate Associates Council
• Officials Council
• Post-Collegiate Clubs Council

The Women's Division has blended both the USWLA and the US Lacrosse board structures to develop the structure by which the sport of women's lacrosse is governed. There is an Executive Committee and a Board of Governors which represents all constituencies of the game. Additionally, board positions belong to the US National Team Coach, President of the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association (IWLCA) and U.S. liaison to the International Federation of Women's Lacrosse Associations (IFWLA).

There are six Standing Committees that function year round and report to the Board. Those standing committees are Competitions, Rules, Safety, Programs & Services, Finance, and National Teams.

The Women's Division Board of Governors meets three times a year: fall, winter, and summer. Meetings consist of constituency and committee reports, setting policy and procedures, and strategic planning.
