CUP OF NATIONS UPDATE (6.27.05) Mandatory Team Registration 6/29/05 - 6:15am - 7:45AM - Mandatory Cup of Nations registration will begin at 6:15am on Wednesday June 29th. One COACH from each team is required to register their team and pick up their team box of t-shirts and information. Players will not be allowed to register and must get their program, schedule, and other goodies from their coaches.
Breakfast of Nations 6/29/05 7:00am - 7:45am - While coaches register, their teams are invited to join us for a light breakfast at the North End Memorial Plaza, inside the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium. Breakfast will be followed by an Opening Ceremonies with representatives from US Lacrosse, the USA World Cup Team and the Mayor of Annapolis. Games will begin at 9.
World Cup Tickets - All Cup of Nations players are entitled to a full event pass to the 2005 IFWLA World Cup. Players can pick up these passes at any time at the US Lacrosse information tent at the World Cup. If they have not been picked up already they will be provided to all players at registration.
**Coaches will NOT receive World Cup passes!*** Coaches can purchase 5-day event passes at Lax World Annapolis or at the ticket booth right outside the stadium.

US Lacrosse will host a girl's lacrosse festival, the Cup of Nations, in conjunction with the World Cup in Annapolis. This tournament will be held from June 29 through July 2, 2005, and will celebrate international play, giving youth teams from all over the world an opportunity to be a part of the World Cup experience.
The Cup of Nations Girls International Lacrosse Festival welcomes participation from teams across the nation and throughout the world. This four-day festival will provide participants with a unique, action-packed playing experience and at the same time exposure to the most elite level of women's lacrosse. This is a round robin festival and no winner will be declared. Each team will play a minimum of 5, one-hour games. Pending international participation and interest, US teams will not be guaranteed a game versus an International Team. This festival will celebrate the sport of women's lacrosse with out the pressures involved with a recruiting event.
