2005 IFWLA World Cup Policies
The United States Naval Academy is currently in a heightened level of security readiness and awareness.
* All visitors over the age of 16 must have a proper ID.
It is important if you are atteneding the 2005 IFWLA World Cup that you follow the policies (see below) and any other directions handed out by US Lacrosse or USNA personnel while attending the event.
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOR US Lacrosse promotes good sportsmanship by World Cup athletes, coaches and spectators. US Lacrosse requests your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments or other intimidating actions directed at the officials, athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Out of concern for the safety of our Guests and employees, the following is prohibited:
Alcohol Animals (except service animals to aid Guests with Disabilities) Coolers Fireworks, Firearms and Weapons Illegal Drugs Laser Pointers Lacrosse Balls Profanity Smoking (except in designated areas) Throwing Objects Trespassing, Soliciting, Peddling and Loitering Any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate
* NO LACROSSE BALLS Note: Lacrosse sticks are okay to bring in.
All persons and/or their belongings are subject to search. Guest are encouraged to return unauthorized items to their vehicles. US Lacrosse or the U.S. Naval Academy cannot safeguard items which are not permitted into the stadium. Violators of the rules or any Maryland State or Annapolis City laws will be refused admission or asked to leave.
ZERO TOLERANCE SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT Please behave responsibly at all World Cup and Cup of Nations games. Threatening physical actions, throwing objects of any type, and disorderly or disruptive conduct will result in immediate removal and denial to future games. The World Cup and the Cup of Nations is meant to be FUN FOR ALL!
