World Cup Ticket Conditions
Below are the 2005 IFLWA World Cup Ticket Conditions. These are the conditions printed on the back of all World Cup tickets.
Condition of Use: This ticket is a revocable license valid for use on the specified date or dates only. The holder of this ticket, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (collectively, the "Holder"), agrees to all of the terms hereof. This ticket permits access to the Women’s 2005 World Cup Championships (the "Event") only in accordance with the rules, regulations and restrictions established by U.S. Lacrosse, Inc. ("US Lacrosse") or any party designated by US Lacrosse. This ticket cannot be transferred, is nonrefundable and will not be replaced for any reason. This ticket may not be used for any commercial or trade purposes, including without limitation advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, without the express written consent of US Lacrosse. Breach of any of the foregoing, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose and shall authorize US Lacrosse to refuse admission to the Event or reject the Holder from the Event.
Special National Security Provision: The Holder agrees that if the Event is cancelled as a result of a condition of national security that results in the lack of availability of the venue for the Event and US Lacrosse is unable to reschedule the Event for a different venue, resulting in the cancellation of the Event, the Holder shall not be entitled to any refund of the printed purchase price of this ticket or any other amount and the amount paid by the Holder for this ticket shall be completely nonrefundable under such circumstances. This ticket shall be honored by US Lacrosse at an alternate venue in connection with any rescheduling of the Event.
Release: The Holder assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all hazards arising from, or relating in any way to, attendance at the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or after any such attendance at the Event, and releases US Lacrosse, the Naval Academy Athletic Association and the United States Naval Academy, their regents, trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents and contractors, from any liability for personal injury, property loss or damage and agrees to indemnify and hold all such parties harmless from and against any personal injury, property loss or damage. |
