The US Lacrosse Youth Council is pleased to announce the creation of the US Lacrosse Youth Team of the Month award for Under-15 and younger teams. Each team being honored will be recognized in Lacrosse magazine’s quarterly insert, a new publication highlighting the news and accomplishments of US Lacrosse and circulated to over 200,000 members nationally. Additionally, each team receiving the award will be featured on the US Lacrosse Web site with a team photo and profile for the month in which it is being honored.

To apply for the award, teams will fill out an online application and submit it to the Youth Council Awards Committee for review. The completed application form may be submitted in one of the following ways:
