The 11^th annual US Lacrosse Nationals got underway on Friday at United Sports amid sweltering temperatures, but there was plenty of great lacrosse to take in.

The 11^th annual US Lacrosse Nationals open on Friday at United Sports in Downingtown, Pa., and all four championship games will be streamed live on Lax Sports Network on Sunday, July 21.

Elizabeth Hillman and Ally Murphy have been named as the captains for the 2019 U.S. Women’s U19 lacrosse team. The World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship runs from Aug. 1-10 in Peterborough, Ontario.

US Lacrosse has announced that 32 players have been named to the 2020 U.S. Men’s U19 Training Team. Head coach Nick Myers and his staff made the selections following a three-day tryout weekend involving 50 players that concluded at US Lacrosse headquarters on Sunday.

The second round of the tryout process for the 2020 U.S. Men’s U19 team will be highlighted by a Blue-White exhibition game on the final day of the three-day session which runs from July 12-14. Lax Sports Network will live stream the Blue-White game on July 14 at 10 a.m.

The U.S. Women's U19 training camp at Northwestern will be highlighted by a scrimmage on July 9 against the Illinois All-Stars at 6:30 p.m. at Martin Stadium. Admission to the scrimmage is free of charge, but there is limited availability for an Ice Cream & Cupcakes social with the team and head coach Kelly Amonte Hiller immediately following the game

Tryouts for the 2020 U.S. Men's U19 Team open on Friday at US Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md., with 104 of the nation's top players in town for a three-day event.

Head coach Kelly Amonte Hiller and her staff have selected the final roster of 18 players that will represent the United States in the World Lacrosse Women’s U19 Championship in Peterborough, Ontario this August.
