SPARKS, Md. — US Lacrosse has opened the application process for the staff positions for the U.S. Men’s U19 National Team that will compete in the 2020 Federation of International Lacrosse Men’s U19 World Championship in Limerick, Ireland.

Ohio State head coach Nick Myers was appointed to a second term as the U.S. U19 team head coach last month. The staff positions open are:

  • Assistant Coach (3)
  • Assistant Manager
  • Equipment Manager
  • Videographer

Applications and additional information are available on the US Lacrosse web site. All applications are due by Monday, Dec. 17.

Myers will be at the US Lacrosse booth at the Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) Convention on Friday, Dec. 7 at 4 p.m. to answer any questions about the open positions.

The U.S. men’s national team trains and plays using best-in class products provided by Nike (apparel and footwear), Cascade (helmets), STX (equipment), Warrior (equipment), SISU Guard (mouthguards), The Pearl by Guardian (balls) and DJO (sports braces).

In addition to these partners, MedStar Sports Medicine, Chipotle, Greenfields and Nationwide are official sponsors of the national team. Team training is also aided by products from Motive Pure, NormaTec Recovery and Athletic Republic.
