US Lacrosse recently hosted a Level 1 Coaches Development Program instructional clinic for leaders and coordinators from Baltimore County's nine PAL Centers in order to prepare them to teach the game. The Level 1 clinic is designed to introduce coaches to the responsibilities and philosophies of coaching, and how to provide an athlete-centered environment that emphasizes positive growth and sportsmanship.
