Formed in 2007, the US Lacrosse Ethics Advisory Subcommittee seeks to develop resources and standards for the national lacrosse community, as well as investigate and manage ethical issues that arise within the organization.
Inherent within all professional organizations is the potential for conflicts of interest, harassment, abuse of power, and other forms of unethical practice. Through the establishment of an organizational Code of Ethics, US Lacrosse has created a set of guidelines to assist lacrosse organizations with promoting and protecting the spirit of the game, safeguard the best interests of participants, and establish and maintain standards of behavior.

Ask the Ethics Advisory Subcommittee
This subcommittee is not responsible for investigating or managing ethical issues outside of the US Lacrosse structure, although the Subcommittee functions as a screening resource for Ethics and Code complaints involving US Lacrosse members.
