Gavin Jones was up by 5 a.m. on June 30. He had a WallBall Challenge title to retain, and his competition was slowly creeping up on him on the final day.
That meant he had to commit to WallBall all day.
“I felt comfortable until the last day,” Jones said. “The last day was so stressful.”
What made, or who made the final day of the WallBall Challenge exciting was Jessica Hartmus, a 14-year-old from Roanoke, Ind. Hartmus trailed Jones heading into the final day, and woke up at 8 a.m. to see the leader had already racked up 3,000 reps.
