Bulk membership will be unavailable beginning June 26th. If you have already submitted a roster, payment must be received by Thursday, June 25th in order to process all memberships by Friday, June 26th. Rosters and payments submitted to batch processing after June 26th may be delayed until mid- July. If you need help or have questions regarding bulk membership, please reach out to our Member Experience Specialists.
The program leader portal will be unavailable starting June 28th until September 1st. If you need information about your program such as rosters, background check/ SafeSport training, or coach certifications please contact our Member Experience Specialists 410-235-6882 ext. 102.
During the period of time in which we are making improvements to our technology, access to start your background check and Safe Sport training will be unavailable. You will receive an email once access can be regained. This 'down time' will not count as part of the 10 calendar days that are allocated to complete your background check. If you have a background check in process, the reporting from NCSI to US Lacrosse may be delayed during this time.
