Top of the World
The United States is the reigning U19 (now U20) world champion after beating Canada 13-3 to win the 2019 World Lacrosse Women's World Championship. The victory was the fifth world championship for the United States in seven tries since the event was first held in 1995. The U19/U20 program has helped showcase some of the top young players in the country since the event began, with several stars heading on to the U.S. senior team, including Lauren Aumiller, Sarah Bullard, Ally Carey, Kayla Treanor and Acacia Walker.
2024 Team
USA Lacrosse announced a 42-player training team following tryouts at USA Lacrosse headquarters in Sparks, Md. from July 7-9, 2023.
