Description of Drill-Execution
Start by placing 1 ball at each of the hash marks on the 8-meter. A 1v1 will start inside the 8-meter, as the coach blows the whistle the attacker runs to a hash and picks up the ground ball. Once possession is gained the attacker goes 1v1 to goal. Whether there is a shot or save the attack must run to the next hash mark and picks up a ground ball for another 1v1 challenge. The attacker will continue to make her way around the 8-meter hashes going 1v1 each time.
