Sessions & Schedule

The main portion of the day, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., is split into six primary segments, with each segment scheduled to last between 60-75 minutes.

The Sports Medicine Symposium is being hosted in conjunction with the 2019 US Lacrosse Convention. While registration for each event is independent, those attendees registering for the convention may add a symposium registration for just $35. If you have previously purchased Convention registration and are now adding the Symposium, please call USL Member Services at 410-235-6882 to complete this transaction.

Walk-up registration will only be accepted at the event if space permits.

Continuing Education Credits

CEU and EBP credits are available for athletic trainers, occupational therapists, and strength & conditioning professionals. CEU credits are also pending through the Maryland Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

MedStar NRH Rehabilitation Network (BOC AP#: P1046) is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to provide continuing education to athletic trainers. This program is eligible for a maximum of 1.5 EBP Category hours/CEUs. ATs should claim only those hours actually spent in the educational program. Additionally, this program is eligible for a maximum of 5.5 Category A CEUs. Separate check-ins will be required for attendees to collect both Category A CEUs and EBP Category hours. This course has been approved for 5 Category A contact hours through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (0.5 CEUs), and for 7.0 contact hour CEUs for licensed occupational therapists.
