With 65 teams from across the country competing annually, the National Tournament has been become one of the nation's marquee college recruiting events. The event is open to all high school aged players, but players must try out for regional teams in order to participate.

All girls that are high school players, grades 9-11, or play for an approved scholastic club team, can try out for the National Tournament. Please contact your coach or your sub-regional chair for the specific process and details for your area. For example, some regions require try-out invitations. Requirements vary by sub-region.

Cost & Fees

Player fees are required to participate and will be paid to the Sub-Regional Chair or Team Coordinator. There may be a tryout fee and there may be an additional fee for those that are selected to a team. These fees vary from region to region and will cover the costs of tryouts, uniforms and other expenses.

Register Online

Contact your sub-region’s chair or your high school coach for the tryout link. You will be asked to provide your contact information and you must be a current US Lacrosse member through the end of the tournament. The information you provide is included in the college coaches recruiting handbook.

College Coaches

All coaches must register individually and all tournament information will be emailed to you. Coaches that register online before May 16 receive the following: e-mail copy of the 2019 Player Profile Book; rosters and grid schedule; free lunch voucher for day(s) you are allowed to attend per NCAA rules. On-site registration available, but does not include same benefits.

US Lacrosse has teamed with Anthony Travel to provide affordable hotel accommodations for teams at the Women's National Tournament, reserved with convenience through Anthony Travel's online system. All teams must book rooms through Anthony Travel.

US Lacrosse is looking for capable and enthusiastic volunteers (ages 16 and older) in the Baltimore, MD, area to help make this year’s event a success. Specifically, we need field monitors and scorer’s table assistants who will help track game scores and record goals and penalties. Please consider volunteering, even if you can only help with limited time shifts.
