Inducted as a truly great coach and still active at the time of her induction, Levy has recorded 395 wins in 27 seasons at the University of North Carolina, the third most career wins in NCAA Division I history. She has led the Tar Heels to NCAA national championships in 2013, 2016, and 2022, and has guided her UNC squad to the NCAA national semifinals 13 times in her career. She boasts a 76.2 career winning percentage and her 40 NCAA Tournament wins rank third in NCAA history.

Under Levy's guidance, North Carolina has also captured seven ACC Championships. She has been named the national coach of the year three times (2013, 2014, 2022) and selected as the ACC coach of the year six times.

In addition to her duties at UNC, Levy also served as head coach of the U.S. Women’s National Team and guided the U.S. to the gold medal with an undefeated record at the 2022 World Championship. Levy was inducted previously into the USA Lacrosse Greater Baltimore Chapter Hall of Fame in 2010.
