What is your area's selection process? (All Coaches Vote, Committee Vote, or Combination and is it In-person, Virtual, or Electronic) We collect the names of the nominees, with resumes.

We send out the list of nominees to the coaches.

The coaches vote on the nominees based on three criteria.

We tabulate the numbers and send the entire spread sheet back to the coaches that voted to make sure.

We send the winners to you for confirmation.

Once confirmed, we release the winners to all the coaches in the chapter.

We print the certificates on your template and mail two copies to the coach, one for the athlete and one for the school.
