The USAL Nominees are open nominations (May 6th to May 11th) by area coaches that go through a review process based on a Committee Vote that also determines the areas All-Region/All-State teams. The intention being to ensure that players deemed All-Region/All-State are eligible to be represented on the USAL All-American ballot, thus representing the best of the area players. The Committee meets electronically and has historically been determined to represent the top (1st and 2nd place) Head Coaches from area conferences.

Regarding the next question, I was told to have ALL coaches vote. Many do not, and this may skew the winners. Many of those that do vote would like to move to a committee. Would I need a vote of all the coaches to change it?		 No 05/12/2024 05/31/2024 46 I am aware of.
