All Conference meetings and voting occur in person and virtually depending on the conference. An All State ballot, listing the top player from each conference, is voted electronically by all head coaches. The All American process is determined by an executive board of the high school coaches association (12 members), who meet in person to review nominations made by head coaches and then vote.
